 Soldering Mixed Metal Hollow Rings

Make lightweight, hollow mixed metal rings and learn more about soldering. Use hard solder and firescale retardant fluxes to solder efficiently, with less polishing time. This technique can be adapted for bracelets, earrings, pendants and more, and your new skills with solder and flux will improve all of your soldering projects.

Pre-Requisite:	Previous experience (and recent practice) soldering precious metals required, fusing or using low-temp solders (like for stained glass or electronics) do not meet the soldering prereq. Previous experience and recent practice with a jewelers saw frame recommended. Students will pay Joe in class a Kit Fee of $7.50 to cover the cost of some of the materials being supplied.

Class Size:	24 or less
