Jeannie Bench
Jeannie Bench is a local bead artist whose work has been seen in Beadwork and Bead & Button magazines, Art Potpourri for several summers at Anchorage Museum of History and Art, and has garnered a prize in the Professional Category of a Bead-Pattern.com contest. She's taught classes at ABC since early 2005. Her work was juried as finalist in Bead Dreams in 2007 and 2008, and exhibited in the International Gallery of Contemporary Art in Anchorage. She received an Honorable Mention for her entry in the 2009 Earth, Fire & Fiber Exhibit at the Anchorage Museum at Rasmusson Center.
